Mycotech Lab collaborates with BRIN and UNPAD, receives multi-year funding worth Rp1 billion

Mycotech Lab (MYCL) in May collaborated with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and the Faculty of Fisheries of Unpad to start a new initiative. Under the initiative, MYCL will receive multi-year funding worth Rp1 billion per year.

MYCL's collaboration with BRIN and the Faculty of Fisheries of Unpad was opened with a focus group discussion (FGD) on 30-31 May at the Unpad Training Center Bandung. The FGD was attended by 16 collaborators from the 3 institutions.

On the second day, they visited the Unpad Science and Technology Zone (KST), Unpad Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), as well as Unpad PUI Finder.

The activity was opened with the screening of Mycotech’s industry profile video, followed by sharpening the target output from the Marine Biomaterials Research Collaboration Center (PKRBK).

PKRBK targets include academic excellence, products or services, as well as social and economic benefits by empowering all existing resources, starting from human resources to infrastructure and management.
