Head of the DKI Jakarta Culture Office Iwan Henry Wardhana explained that the determination of the cultural heritage objects was carried out after going through a review from the DKI Jakarta Cultural Heritage Expert Team who then recommended the six historical and important collections.

"The objects that are designated as cultural heritage objects are superior collections of each museum which have important values in terms of history and art and meet the criteria as cultural heritage objects," he explained.

The Rep-1 car is a collection of the Joang '45 Museum which is considered an object that has special meaning for Indonesian history because it was used by the first president of Indonesia, Soekarno, as his official vehicle.
